Shipping & Return Policy

 

We want to give you the best online experience and shipping your items promptly is our priority. As a customer, you are entitled to FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $150. 

We may ship using different carriers, depending on the package & location. To ensure that your items arrive promptly we offer multiple shipping options at checkout for your leisure.

DUE TO HIGH VOLUME

After your order is placed, it may take up to 3 business days to process plus the shipping method you choose.

Shipping occurs Monday-Friday, not including weekends or holidays such as Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year Day.

Due to COVID- 19, timing delays may occur.

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons such as the holidays.

Shipping cost are nonrefundable. Orders over $150 will require a signature. If you choose to waive the signature, the package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.

Pre-Order Policy.
Items purchased for PRE-ORDER are subject to deliver between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Pre-Order items can be split if the purchase order is $100 or more.
Note: estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and are subject to change.
We understand that you may change your mind about something that you have purchased online. Yes, you have the right to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed it cannot be canceled.
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a certain period of time for you to collect. If the uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us. You will be notified via email.
All undeliverable items will automatically be processed and returned to stock.

We understand that you may change your mind about something that you have purchased online. Yes, you have the right to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed it cannot be canceled.

Lost/Stolen packages are non-refundable. If you cannot locate your package, please visit the nearest postal office and file a claim. We cannot file claims on the addressee's behalf.

We hope that you absolutely love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be issued a store credit.

We offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be wear and odor free.

International orders are final sale. Free promotional items, sunglasses, jewelry, and final sale items cannot be returned. Returns will only be processed through our returns center portal.
